Noise of automated punching machine curbed

In a production space, the noise of a machine can exceed that of all other technical noises.

Such a high noise level, in combination with the specific frequency of the corresponding machine, can even be heard at a great distance. The application of freely suspended, acoustic ceiling elements in a part of the new production hall of Brink Climate Systems, and extra sound-absorbing Sonodamp baffles, which were attached to the walls at the automated punching machine, ensured that the average reverberation time in the surroundings of this machine was reduced from 3.2 sec to 0.9 sec. A really good result!
